I started Britney Mae Nutrition to inspire and equip women to live the happy, healthy lives they deserve, through science-backed and easy-to-implement nutrition, strength and everyday lifestyle changes.
Why? Well, before creating Britney Mae Nutrition, I spent years dealing with my own significant health symptoms that "eating right" alone wasn't solving.
The solution didn't come overnight. It took time and a lot of consistency, but eventually, things got better, and I realized I had unlocked the secret and I knew I had to share it with other women like me.

Together, we will identify habits and behaviours that are no longer serving you. We will harness your strength and create approachable steps you can implement in creating a lifestyle that not only feels really good, but will get you the results you are looking for.
Britney Mae Nutrition's services are available virtually for anyone in Canada, and virtually or in-person for clients in Kelowna, BC.

We'll create a phased, personalized exercise plan catered to your lifestyle and goals, whether you prefer working out at home or the gym.
App Access
I take a holistic approach to helping you feel your best, and that includes lifestyle recommendations specific to you and your needs. There's more to life—and to you—than just nutrition and exercise.
Coaching clients receive 24/7 communication, support, and accountability with yours truly. I know how challenging this can be, and I'm here to help you succeed!
Coaching clients receive access to my app with access to all of your workouts, nutrition plans, weekly check-ins, habit and progress tracking, plus a group forum for community support.
